Got Questions?
I know that you probably have lots of questions about My Mommy Mart. Hopefully, this page will help. If you have more questions, you can email us at mymommymart@gmail.com
When/where is the My Mommy Mart Sale?
My Mommy Mart is held once in the Spring & once in the Fall at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Marietta, Ohio. We will be in the Jr. Fair Building beside the skating rink. We have the sale over a weekend and only allow seasonally appropriate clothing.
We are finally expanding to Parkersburg for a Toy, Holiday, and Winter sale. Please see Dates & Times for more information.
Why should I participate in My Mommy Mart instead of having my own yard sale?
My Mommy Mart’s quality and selection bring in a large number of shoppers during a 3 day time period. No more sitting in the hot sun or rainy weather to have shoppers just glance at your items. We are very organized and methodical in our sale, which means less wasted time for you and the shopper!
We provide you and the shopper with a fantastic location and we aggressively promote our sales to bring in more shoppers & money for you!
As a consignor, you are invited to our “Consignor Sale”. This sale is the night before the public sale – this gives you opportunity to get preferential shopping time. If you want to shop even earlier – check out the volunteer opportunities.
What do I do to become a consignor?
Two steps - Register on our website and bring a minimum of 15 tagged acceptable items during the drop-off dates. To see what items are acceptable – please see Tagging Info.
What does it cost me to be a consignor?
My Mommy Mart charges a 30% commission fee for our services. This means that consignors will receive 70% of the selling price of all items sold. We charge a $10 registration fee that will be deducted from your check. This fee covers the advertising and facility costs. If you volunteer with us for at least 8 hours - we will remove the registration fee.
What are the advantages of being a volunteer?
Being a volunteer has many perks. Shopping first, 70% commission earned, and a refund of your registration fee if you/your spouse volunteers for 8 hours during our drop-off/sale.
How do I tag my items?
Please see Pricing & Tagging Info for detailed tagging instructions. After you sign up and have your consignor number you will sign in and go to "Work with Consigned Inventory" to begin entering your items.

What price do I put on my items?
Our Pricing Guidelines page has some suggested prices for items you may be putting in the sale. We generally suggest 50-75% off of retail. We usually have an abundance of clothing for infants, so please price to sell.
If you item is not listed or if you need more help please email us at mymommymart@gmail.com
What happens to items leftover at the sale?
The day after the half-price day is the only pick-up date for items that may not have sold during the sale. After the pick-up time is over, the items are donated to charity. If you are unable to pick up your items – you may send someone in your place (they will need you consignor number) or give us a call to make other arrangements.
Please understand that we cannot get the items back after the set pick up time. We have to be out of the building due to our contract agreement– we are unable to hold items for you. The items for donation will be immediately taken to the local charities as soon as the pick-up time ends.
How do I make sure my items are safe to resell?
We believe that our consignors would never intentionally sell an item that has been recalled or cause harm, but we do ask that you review the CPSC.gov website to check your items.
At this time, we only accept infant toys and outdoor toys at My Mommy Mart. There is simply no way for us to check each and every item to be sure it meets the Consumer Product Safety Information Act (CPSIA) so therefore we must rely on you to agree to review the CPSC.gov website.
How/When will I get paid for my items?
All consignors will be mailed a check for their proceeds within 10 days of the pick-up day. All checks that have not been deposited after 60 days will be voided and the consignor forfeits these funds.
